With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!


With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

We don’t want to overwhelm you with small print so will keep this simple. Our returns policy is designed around the fact that we really want you to love everything you buy from us, but we know that sometimes things don’t fit quite right or maybe are not exactly what you were hoping for. Because we want to make it as straightforward as possible for you to send things back to us (and we want to be green and avoid sending out lots of extra paperwork with your order) we have a returns form that you can download here, together with an address label to stick on the parcel.

To keep things hassle free, we are happy to accept returns as long as you send them back to us within 28 days of purchase* and our only expectation of you is that anything you send back is returned in perfect saleable condition. This means unworn (not soiled, smelly, laundered or damaged), labels intact, packaging unmarked and intact. Any items returned to us in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and that you consider insuring your parcel as we cannot be responsible for items lost on their way back to us. We aim to process your refund within two working days of receipt and will notify you by email when this has been done. Please note that some banks take up to 7 days for refunds to show in your account.

You are also welcome to return items in person to any of our stores. Simply bring your item into the store within 28 days of purchase*, together with your proof of purchase (preferably the delivery note) to enable us to process the return while you are in store.

*extended returns period over the festive season - any purchases made from 26th November until 24th December 2021 may be returned until 31st January 2022.

Faulty Goods

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our team carefully inspects all items before packaging and posting them to you. However, should you receive something that you think is faulty, contact us straight away by email to or by telephone on 01651 872955 and we will arrange for its return for refund or exchange. We deem that 7 days is sufficient time to allow you to inspect your goods for faults, so after this time we will consider you to have accepted them.

RDA 50th Anniversary Tartan Lambswool Scarf




Lochcarron of Scotland has joined forces with RDA in Scotland to design and produce a tartan incorporating the charity’s colours.

At RDA, horses and ponies provide therapy, achievement and enjoyment to people with disabilities all over the UK. The network of 18,000 coaches and volunteers in 500 volunteer groups organise activities such as riding, carriage driving, vaulting, showjumping and Hippotherapy to over 25,000 people each year. Activities are offered for all age groups, whatever the disability.
