We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm for our next day service and Royal Mail Tracked 48, Parcelforce or Evri for our standard deliveries to ensure good service and prompt delivery (courier selected subject to size and weight of parcel).
Our Next Day service ensures that you receive your parcel on the next business day following dispatch of your order. We always prioritise Next Day orders but please note that our cut-off time to ensure this service is 11am, Monday-Thursday. Any special delivery orders placed outwith this time will still be prioritised but we cannot offer the same guarantees. For all parcels dispatched on Friday, the next business day is Monday - Special Delivery items dispatched on Friday should be delivered on Monday; standard delivery items dispatched on Friday could be delivered from the following Tuesday. Next Day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday should be delivered on Tuesday.
Our couriers do not offer guaranteed weekend deliveries. At busy times, such as during the festive period, delivery delays are likely. We always supply your tracking reference and this can be used to follow your parcel.
If your order is urgent, we would always recommend selecting our Next Business Day service for peace of mind.
CLICK & COLLECT orders - we apologise sincerely for the misleading text that appears on your order confirmation, suggesting that your order is immediately ready for collection. This is fixed text supplied by our website hosts and is not wording that we would choose as we do not believe it provides the standard of customer service you deserve. With four stores and more than 18,000 different product lines in stock, we will work hard to ensure that your order is ready as quickly as possible but please DO NOT head to collect it until you have received an email confirmation from us that it is ready for collection
