Norvite Farm and Country Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with a personal retail experience in one of our stores (and the opportunity to browse all our other products or chat to our in-store experts about any queries). Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you (as long as that is during our opening hours) Best of all the service is completely FREE!


1. Add your items to your basket

Use our website to browse our catalogue of products with stock availability. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket like you usually would.


2. Checkout using Click & Collect

Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. Enter your postcode at the checkout to find your closest store.


3. Choose the store of your choice and collect your items

Choose a store of your liking, click continue then complete the rest of our standard checkout steps and you’re ready to collect your item in store.


Frequently Asked Questions


When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within an hour of placing your order, although this may take slightly longer at weekends and peak times. We will send you an email to confirm that your order is ready for collection.

For items which are at another store, we will do our very best to have them moved to your chosen collection store within 2 working days.  However, please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!


How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order, we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect.


What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photographic proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence, shotgun licence), and proof of address.


How long can I leave it before I collect my order?

We will hold your order in store for 7 days before your order will be cancelled. If you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact us and we will happily extend this time where possible.


Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Yes, but only if we have received your written (email) authority with their details. They will also have to provide ID, as above.  We will always do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection, provided that this does not compromise your or our rights. 


How do I cancel/change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes to it, please contact us directly. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction and will be refunded to the original payment method made with our online team.


How do I return my order?

Our normal returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders. You can also return your purchase directly to any of our stores, but please do remember your paperwork (proof of purchase such as your order confirmation and your collection receipt) otherwise we shall be unable to process the refund in store.
